Location

Bellaview Estate forms part of stage one of the City of Greater Geelong Jetty Road Growth Area - a total of 1,600 lots.

The Jetty Road Growth is approximately 17 km east of Geelong and generally bounded to the east by Jetty Road and Griggs Creek, to the west by McDermott Road, by Port Phillip Bay to the north, the Curlewis Golf Club to the south west and the Bellarine Rail Trail to the South.

The Growth Area is separated from the established residential areas of Drysdale/Clifton Springs by Griggs Creek.

Outdoor activities

Enjoy a quiet picnic at the nearby Dell or one of the many family-friendly Bellarine beaches. Explore the rock pools, collect a few shells, have a paddle or a swim, and breathe in the salty sea air.

Walk or ride along the Bellarine Rail Trail, rated by www.railtrails.net.au as " Australia's best rail trail". Curlewis is at the midpoint of this superb 34km shared pathway for cyclists, walkers and horses stretching from the city centre, to Queenscliff at the entrance to Port Phillip Bay.

Play a round of golf at nearby Curlewis, rated one of the top 50 public access courses in Australia. It's one of many highly rated golf courses across the Bellarine.

Head for the sparkling waters of Port Phillip Bay. Whether you like boating, fishing, diving or snorkeling, you'll find a magic spot to pursue your pastime. The Clifton Springs Boat Harbour has all the boating and fishing facilities you need. There's abundant marine life right around the coast and reefs and shipwrecks aplenty. One of the best surfing strips in the world starts just minutes away at Ocean Grove and extends down the Great Ocean Road.

Shopping

The bustling Drysdale village shopping centre has two supermarkets, the major banks, a library, council offices, and a good range of shops.

A new neighbourhood centre, including a supermarket, is proposed near the estate.

The Geelong CBD is just 15 minutes away and there  are also large shopping centres at Ocean Grove and Leopold.

Education

Drysdale and Clifton Springs Primary Schools, Bellarine Secondary College (Drysdale campus) and St Ignatius College are a few minutes from the estate.

Sport

The local community has a full range of indoor and outdoor sporting facilities, including two bowls clubs. The Bellarine Aquatic Centre is at Ocean Grove.
