Bisinella’s new Wattle Estate, Corio due for early 2019 release

Bisinella Developments is proud to announce that it is now taking expressions of interest for people seeking to register for land in Wattle Estate, Corio.

Wattle Estate is a new residential estate in Corio, a northern suburb of Geelong.

Bisinella bought the 9ha Crown allotment at 55 Broderick Rd, Corio, at auction in April.

The family-run business, one of the largest local residential and industrial developers in the City of Greater Geelong, out-bid competition from across Australia to secure the site.

The new estate is a convenient 10 minute drive from the Geelong CBD.

Bisinella’s Director Richard Bisinella said land in Wattle Estate was due to be released late 2019, with construction expected to commence in early 2020.

“Wattle Estate will provide residents with easy access to the highway, Geelong CBD, schools, shopping facilities and health care,” he said.

“There will be approximately 103 lots available for sale within Wattle Estate, with sizes ranging from around 340m2 to 510m2.”

Harcourts, North Geelong auctioneer Joe Grgic, who sold the property to Bisinella, said the estate would be a fantastic opportunity for people who work and play in Melbourne, “particularly in Melbourne’s West, which is really only 20 minutes away”.

“The reputation of Bisinella Developments means that the Wattle Estate will be a quality estate located at the northern tip of Geelong, making highway access to Melbourne a mere few turns away”.

“Past estates have shown Bisinella Developments create communities, especially for families, who will be proud to live there. A neighbouring estate, Rose Park Estate which is a Bisinella estate, sold out many years ago and the popularity of the estate is a testament to the planning and thought that has gone into their estates,” he said.

“From this estate (Wattle Estate) you can walk to Aldi and its only 10km to the prized Geelong waterfront.”

“There is all sorts of development going on throughout Corio, especially when you have a major shopping centre in the middle of it all. It becomes a magnet for developers tapping into home owners and investors looking for convenience,” he said.

Mr Grgic said the access to services was a drawcard with Corio Central Shopping Centre, public transport, schools, health care and Norlane’s planned Northern Arc Health & Wellbeing hub nearby.

“Corio’s access to services are second to none. With Wattle Estate being so close to access points to both the Highway and Ring Road, heading to Melbourne or Torquay will now be even more convenient.”
