Seaside Estate springs to life
The character of Seaside Estate on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula is beginning to emerge, as works on Stage Two continue ahead of schedule.

Meanwhile, land in Stage Three is due to be released soon.
Seaside Estate is only a 3km walk into St Leonards, along the beach, an easy 30-minute commute to Geelong and 90 minutes to Melbourne.
Wattle Grove on track
Construction of Wattle Grove is progressing well with titles issued for Stage One and work on Stage Two tracking ahead of schedule.
The streetscape of the new estate in Corio has come together with asphalt and footpaths in place, along with state-of-the-art street lighting.
Plumbing, electrical, gas and optical fibre have all been installed underground and are ready for use.
Meanwhile, construction of the wetlands at the Broderick Road entrance, which will form part of the 4000m2 park, is progressing well.
Land in Stage Four of Wattle Grove Estate has been released. There are 20 lots available with land from $284,000. Lots range in size from 387m2 to 567m2.
The new estate provides easy access to Geelong (a 10-minute drive) and the surf coast as well as connectivity to Melbourne.
