How to buy a block
1. Choose your lot
To place a lot on hold please phone our office (03) 5274 4000 or email us at sales@bisinella.com.au  All we need is your name and phone number, the lot will then be held for you for 7 days.

If you wish to proceed with the purchase:

2. Provide your details
Your full name, residential address (not PO Box), email address and telephone number of each purchaser.  Your legal representatives details.

3. Contracts Issued
Contracts will then be forwarded to your legal representative.

4. Pay 5% Deposit
We only accept payment by direct deposit to our solicitor's trust account.
