Estate Housing Presentation

We establish protective covenants and special conditions to ensure that our estates are of a high quality. These set a standard for the estate and provide potential customers with an idea of what to expect in the estate when it is completed. Our estate covenants and special conditions have been developed over time from customer feedback.


We provide first class landscaping in all our estates. A prime example is the Grand Lakes Estate in Lara. This estate's layout and urban design features enable the development of a diverse range of housing choices which appropriately integrate with the proposed and established road and cycle networks and public open space areas.

Community development

Facilities designed to promote community development are another feature of our estates. At Grand Lakes, we have a community centre, land for a childcare centre/kindergarten, a restaurant (construction pending), a state-of-the-art playground and extensive recreational areas.

The Lara Historical Museum is located on the Museum Estate in Lara.

Baywater Estate has a boardwalk steps down to the beach as well as a modern designed playground.

Estate character

We have designed custom made street lights and street signs for Grand Lakes and Baywater. We typically use heritage street lighting and signs which we have found to be very popular with our customers.

Our most recent estates are being equipped with an advanced Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) Network that will deliver Australia's fastest broadband.

Customer Service

We pride ourselves on offering our customers exemplary personal service. We are happy to help you choose a block by providing you with the necessary information including detailed colour brochures with prices, estate plans, location maps and estate conditions. We are also happy to provide you with the relevant plans to enable you to present this information to your builder or architect.

We will hold a block that you are interested in for 7 days if you provide your name and telephone number. This gives you time to make your decision, time to see a bank or time to see your builder to ensure your house plan fits on the block. If you require more than 7 days please do not hesitate to contact us - we are aware that making such an important decision can often take longer.

Stage 13 of Baywater Estate on schedule to be titled in January 2021

Construction of Stage 13 of Baywater Estate is on schedule for completion in late December/early January.

Titles for Stage 13 of the Bellarine Peninsula estate are expected in January 2021 to allow for the Christmas holiday period.

Recent work has included the completion of site establishment, bulk earthworks, pavement excavation and footpaths.

Local community raises funds for vital tanker for the Lara CFA

Lara CFA has reached its fundraising target of $148,000 for the purchase of an Ultra-Light Tanker, in less than four months.

The Ultra-Light will be a valuable addition to Lara CFA that will assist in protecting the Lara township and surrounding communities.

Works begin at Wattle Grove Estate, Corio

Construction has started at Bisinella’s new residential estate, Wattle Grove Estate, Corio.

The residential subdivision will feature approximately 102 lots, with works estimated to be completed in May 2021.  Titles are estimated to be released in June / July 2021.

Land in Wattle Grove Estate is available from around 340m2 to 895m2.
