2024 end of year address – Bisinella Developments

As we wrap up 2024, I’d like to take a moment to reflect on the year and the exciting developments we have planned for 2025.

Our residential developments have continued to progress in 2024, with stage works being completed and new estates being released. We are excited to see these communities growing.

Beyond the progress of these projects, we are very proud of our continued community support. Being able to work with and help local community charities and sporting organisations is a core part of our key values at Bisinella Developments.

We look forward to continuing our commitment to these community initiatives.

From starting new development stages and providing additional green spaces, to major expansions within our industrial precinct, here’s a closer look at what the Bisinella team has accomplished in 2024 and what’s on the horizon for 2025.

Lara Lakes Estate

Stage 7 completed: In January, titles for 31 lots were issued, attracting new families to this ever-expanding vibrant neighbourhood.

Community growth: New home builds within all stages are progressing well, with the completion of each new household, Lara Lakes is becoming a thriving and welcoming place to call home.

Walking trails:We are close to opening up additional walking tracks throughout the estate, providing a link to Windermere Road, which adds to the estate’s appeal.

Stage 8 completion: Titles are expected in October, providing new lots and access to parklands. Comprising play areas and a sports court to further enrich the community

New release: We anticipate the release of our next stage comprising 36 park frontage lots along Lakeside Drive, offering views towards the park and You Yangs National Park.

Flinders Walk

Stage development: Stages 1 and 2 construction are due to commence early 2025, with both stages expected to be titled by late 2025

Charlotte Rise

Physical works completed: With construction finalised, titles are expected early next year. Exclusive 10-lot development: the completion of 10 lots within Charlotte Rise estate, provides an opportunity for families to create a home with breathtaking views over Geelong.

Flinders Walk

Long-term vision: The release of Flinders Walk is the culmination of years of planning which we feel has resulted in a community-oriented estate, designed with green open spaces and a family-friendly feel

Stage 1 launch: The release of 15 lots along Flinders Avenue was a significant achievement and provides future residents easy access to Lara’s amenities.

Stage 2: provide an enticing area to live with lots situated along Grevillea Court located adjacent to the estate’s green spaces and local amenities.

Seaside Estate

Four Stages completed: there are currently 61 homes completed or under construction in these stages, making a strong community connection to the area
Stage 8 growth: The estate continues to expand, creating a lively, tight-knit and safe community

Bisinella Industrial

New warehouse facility completed: May saw the completion of a 3,000m² warehouse at 35-45 Technology Close, with Velocity Trucks now occupying the space as a base for truck sales and service operations
2025 and beyond

Bisinella Industrial Expansion

New precinct plans: Our industrial growth in Geelong continues, with plans to develop a new industrial precinct with warehouses ranging from 1,500m² to 8,000m², supporting local business expansion and regional economic growth

Caspian Estate, Leopold

New estate: This estate will bring approximately 70 lots to Ash Road and comprise green reserves and raised outlooks for an ideal setting. We’re excited to share more as we continue planning this estate
