Lara Lakes Estate update
Stages 1 and 2
Council inspections of Stages 1 and 2 were undertaken on 15 August, with both stages passing Councils requirements.
The recent wet weather has hampered our contractors finalisation of the certification packages and audits on site.
We anticipate the final packages and audits to be submitted and booked next week with the appropriate authorities.
While we are working with the contractors and authorities, this process may now extend our title expectations to late September.
We are sorry for these potential additional delays, our whole team is working constantly to shorten any timeframes where possible and your understanding is appreciated.
Stage 3A
The recent wet weather and conditions on site has slightly slowed our contractors progress for practical completion, with the Council inspection now expected next week.
The delay in obtaining Councils inspection has pushed our revised title date to October 2022, with all certification and audit works still to be finalised and booked with the appropriate authorities.
As works finalise and audits are booked in we will provide further updates.
Stage 4
Following our recent announcement of the approval of engineering plans by Council for stage 4, our contractor has established on site.
We are extremely pleased to be starting this stage and look forward to providing further updates as works on site progress.
Bulk earthworks and sewer installation are the first elements of works to be undertaken, which will commence next week.

Wattle Grove Estate
Stage 4
Council inspections were undertaken and passed in late July.
All certification packages and audits have been submitted and approved.
We anticipate all authorities to have consented to Statement of Compliance by 1 September and allow the stage to be submitted to the Land Titles Office for issue of titles.
We will provide more details once Statement of Compliance and lodgement with the Land Titles Office has occurred.

Seaside Estate
Works in Stage 8 are continuing well with almost all earthworks completed and 50% of the sewer installed on site.
The construction process is anticipated to take approximately 30 weeks, with our current expectation of achieving practical completion of works by the end of February.
This then allows sufficient time for the certification and title process to be completed before our title expectation of May 2023
