Geelong-based property developer Bisinella Developments has renewed its sponsorship of the Lara Tennis Club for the 13th consecutive year, solidifying its commitment ongoing investment in the communities it is helping build.
Established in 1955, Lara Tennis Club provides a fun and friendly environment for tennis enthusiasts of all ages, from beginners through to experienced senior players.
The club has been undergoing substantial growth in both its coaching numbers and memberships over the past year, boasting seven junior teams and three senior teams that represent the club competitively.
Recent achievements of the junior and senior teams, both reaching the finals in the 2022/23 Winter and Summer competitions, are a testament to the dedication and talent within the Lara Tennis Club. However, such accomplishments would not have been possible without the steadfast support from sponsors like Bisinella Developments
Lara Tennis Club President Michelle Thompson says continued support from sponsors such as Bisinella is vital for the continued success of the club.
“Support from partners like Bisinella helps us provide our members with excellent facilities, coaching and equipment, enabling us to further promote the sport of Tennis in the Lara community,” she adds.
Bisinella Director Richard Bisinella says continued support of the Lara Tennis Club forms part of the Company’s commitment to developing grassroot sports in the areas it operates.
“We are proud to continue our support of the Lara Tennis Club, which we have sponsored since 2010,” he adds.
“With our Lara Lakes Estate just a short five-minute drive from the Lara Tennis Club, we have been proud to support the continued growth of the club along with the community.”
Recent support from sponsors like Bisinella has enabled Lara Tennis Club to install a new court booking system, which has now been made available to members and the wider community.
This new system has streamlined the process of booking courts, making the club more accessible than ever before.
The club has also been investing in its facilities, with the construction of the joint tennis and netball pavilion, as well as two new netball courts and two new tennis courts, now completed. This adds to the existing six artificial grass courts.
“This year, we are planning to expand our programs to include more junior coaching and with our new upgraded facilities, ensure that we provide the best experience possible for our members,” Michelle adds.
“We greatly appreciate Bisinella’s support in helping us to achieve these goals and help continue to grow the club.”
