Bisinella Developments has renewed its long-standing partnership with the Geelong Football Club, extending a relationship that has been running since 2015.
For more than a decade, the partnership has reflected a shared commitment between two organisations with deep roots in the Geelong region.
Built on common values and a genuine investment in the local community, the relationship has continued to evolve beyond traditional sponsorship to support initiatives that create lasting benefits for the region.
Bisinella Developments Managing Director Richard Bisinella said the partnership is one the company is proud to continue.
"We've been part of this partnership since 2015 and the reason it continues to work is simple, we care about the same things," Bisinella said.
"The Cats are one of Geelong's most important organisations, and the work they do beyond football has a genuine impact on our community.
"That is what distinguishes this partnership from a logo on a banner. The impact is measurable, the beneficiaries are real, and the investment is ongoing.”
As a Premier Partner of the Cats, Bisinella's support extends well beyond match day. The partnership has helped support a range of community initiatives focused on education, health and wellbeing, creating opportunities for local families, schools and young people.
This has included support for the BioCats STEM education program, which has provided hands-on learning experiences to approximately 17,000 students over the past 11 years, encouraging curiosity, healthy lifestyles and engagement with science.
Geelong Football Club Chief Operating Officer Marcus King said the partnership continued to deliver meaningful outcomes for the region.
"The Cats and Bisinella are strongly aligned through our shared connection to the Geelong community," King said.
"Bisinella has been an important partner of our Club for more than a decade, and together we've been able to support initiatives that that aim to make a real and positive difference across our community.”
"We're excited to continue building on our partnership and finding new ways to contribute to the Geelong community."
The renewed partnership comes at an important time for the Geelong Football Club, with continued investment across both its elite programs and community initiatives.
Across the AFL program, player milestones for Mark Blicavs (300 games), Tom Stewart and Jake Kolodjashnij (200 games), and Mark O’Connor (150 games) reflect the experience, stability and culture that continue to underpin the organisation.
The AFLW program is also entering a new chapter under head coach Mick Stinear, with newly appointed co-captains Becky Webster and Nina Morrison leading the group into the next phase of success.
“These are exciting times for the Club both on and off the field," Bisinella said.
"We're proud to stand alongside the Cats through these moments and look forward to what the next chapter of this partnership delivers, for the Club, and for the Geelong community."
