Construction of Clarendon Park Estate, Drysdale is expected to be completed in late December.

The 35-lot estate is estimated to be titled in mid to late February 2021, to allow for the Christmas holiday period.

Works on Clarendon Park Estate in Drysdale commenced in May this year.

Daniel Barker, from consulting engineering firm CardnoTGM, said recent work on the site had included the completion of the retaining walls.

“Seventy per cent of top soiling has now been completed to the site and work in the creek has been finalised.”

“Construction of the shared path along the creek is ongoing, while construction of Clarendon Road (a boundary road of the estate) is in progress.”

Meanwhile, the footbridge is due to be installed at the end of November/early December.
