Bisinella is delighted to announce construction of Stage One of Seaside Estate has commenced.

The announcement follows the approval of the estate’s engineering plans, late last month.

Seaside Estate is located at St Leonard’s, overlooking tranquil Port Phillip Bay on the eastern end of Bellarine Peninsula.

 The 230-lot Seaside Estate will feature 2ha of reserve and open space, including a constructed wetland entrance to the estate.

The estate is only a 3km walk into St Leonards, along the beach.  Seaside Estate is an easy 30-minute commute to Geelong and 90 minutes to Melbourne. Meanwhile, the estate is 10-minutes to Drysdale, 12 minutes to Portarlington and 15 minutes to Queenscliff/Point Lonsdale.

There are three lots left for sale in Stage One of Seaside Estate, with 29 lots sold and five on hold.

Stage One of Seaside Estate was released on 8 April 2021. Stage Two of the estate is expected to be released soon.
