Bisinella Developments is delighted to announce construction of Lara Lake Estate has commenced – with works expected to create 180 jobs.

Wellam Constructions has been awarded the contract for the works, with construction of Stage One expected to be completed in March 2022.

Bisinella Director, Richard Bisinella said he was extremely pleased that work was now underway on the Lara estate, with land in Stage Four expected to be released soon.

“Construction of Stages One to Three of Lara Lakes Estate will create an anticipated 180 jobs which is fantastic news for our region,” he said.

“Now that work on the estate has commenced, construction of Stage Two and Three will also start soon. Stage Two is on schedule for a June 2022 completion, while we anticipate Stage Three to be finished in September 2022.”

Modelled on the national-award winning Grand Lakes Estate, Lara Lakes Estate is located in the area known as the Lara West Development Precinct, situated on the south west side of the corner of Windermere Road and O’Hallorans Road, Lara.

The new estate will include 6.7ha of open space, including wetlands, extensive walking trials and two playgrounds. There will also be land set aside for a future primary school and community centre.

Lara Lakes Estate will also feature 75 lake/park frontage lots. Land in the estate will range from 350m2 to 750m2.

Bisinella is offering a $1000 solar rebate (conditions apply) to Lara Lakes Estate buyers who install solar panels within three months of construction.
