Originally from Melbourne but having always worked in Geelong, Ishan was looking for an area that would offer a better quality of life for his young family, while also supporting his daily commute.

“We love how walkable the estate is, with parks, hiking trails and open green spaces nearby,” Ishan said.

“Price was definitely a factor - Lara Lakes was more affordable than many other estates in the region, and the free fencing was a great bonus as well,” Ishan said.
Reflecting on the process of buying land through Bisinella, Ishan had only positive feedback.
“Bisinella was fantastic from the start,” he said.
“They communicated clearly and kept us updated throughout the entire process which made things very reassuring, especially during COVID times when we couldn’t be on site.
“They even sent us photos at every stage, which we really appreciated.”
