Construction of eight stages across three Bisinella estates continues on schedule as we head towards Christmas.
Bisinella currently has 229 lots under construction in the Geelong region, including land in Lara Lakes Estate, Seaside Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula and Wattle Grove Estate, Corio.
All current Bisinella estates are being constructed by local civil contractor Wellam Constructions.
Land in Stages 3B and 5 of Lara Lakes Estate and Stage 4 of Seaside Estate is due to be released in early 2022.
Lara Lakes Estate
Construction of Stage 1, 2 and 3A of Bisinella Developments’ latest residential estate - Lara Lakes Estate - is underway.
Modelled on Bisinella’s national-award winning Grand Lakes Estate, when complete this vibrant estate will offer residents the comforts of a country lifestyle, with all the benefits of city living.
Bisinella’s new estate is a hub of activity with construction starting on the first two stages, as well as the wetlands.
The scenic wetlands will be one of many highlights of the estate which will also include extensive parklands and natural play spaces – all found within 7ha of open space. There will also be land set aside for a future primary school and community centre.
Land in Lara Lakes Estate will range from 350m2 to 750m2, with 75 lake/park frontage lots.
Stage 1 and 2 feature a total of 84 lots.
In Stage 1, bulk earthworks and sewerage have been completed, with stormwater, water and gas works ongoing.
Meanwhile, Stage 2 earthworks and sewage has been finalised, with stormwater work continuing.
Work on Lara Lakes Stage 3A started last month, with titles due around September 2022. Land in Stage 3A was released in July 2021 and features 29 lots.
Construction of the estate’s wetlands is anticipated to be finalised in early 2022, with Stage 1 and 2 due to be completed in April 2022.
The estate is located in the area known as the Lara West Development Precinct which is situated on the south-west side of the corner of Windermere Road and O’Hallorans Road, Lara.
Land in stages 3B and 5 of Lara Lakes Estate is expected to be released in early 2022.
Seaside Estate
The final touches are being added to Stage 1 and 2 of Seaside Estate – Bisinella Developments’ latest coastal community - nestled in St Leonards.
Residents are one step closer to enjoying the rural and carefree seaside setting on the Bellarine Peninsula, with construction of Stages 1 and 2 due to be finalised in early 2022.
All services for Stage 1 and 2 have been installed, lighting has been completed and most of the roadworks have now been finished. The construction of the driveways and crossovers is being finalised.
The 230-lot Seaside Estate will feature two hectares of reserve and open space, combined with a constructed wetland – which is nearly completed - on your entrance to the estate.
Meanwhile, works continue on Stage 3, which is expected to be finished in early March 2022.
Roadways have been laid out, sewage has been installed and work on the stormwater continues.
Construction of Stage 4 is expected to commence in early 2022.
Lot sizes at Seaside Estate range from approximately 350m2 to 600m2.
Land in Stage 4 of Seaside Estate is expected to be released in early 2022.

Wattle Grove Estate
Construction has started on Stage 3 and 4 of Wattle Grove Estate.
When complete, Wattle Grove Estate at 55 Broderick Road, Corio, will be a 102-lot residential estate.
Land in Stage 2 of Wattle Grove Estate was titled in November 2021, one month ahead of schedule.
Land in Stage 5 is now selling.
Wattle Grove Estate provides residents with connectivity to Melbourne and easy access to Geelong and the Surf Coast, via the Princes Highway.
