Land in Stage 8 of Lara Central Estate will soon be available for sale.
This is the last stage of the Lara Central Estate which is located at 143-179 Flinders Avenue, Lara.
There are 23 lots available in Stage 8 of Lara Central Estate, ranging in size from 483m2 to 1366m2.
Bisinella Developments’ Director Richard Bisinella said the land was rezoned by the Minister for Planning and Gazetted in the Victorian Government Gazette on January 24, 2019.

When completed the 187-lot estate will boost the vibrancy and economic sustainability of central Lara.
Stages 1 to 7 of Lara Central Estate are already completed, construction of Stage 9 is due to start around the same time as Stage 8.
