Land in Stage 8A of Lara Central Estate is now available for sale.

This is the last stage of the Lara Central Estate which is located at 143-179 Flinders Avenue, Lara.

There are 14 lots available in Stage 8A of Lara Central Estate, ranging in size from 483m2 to 842m2.

Bisinella Developments’ Director Richard Bisinella said the land was rezoned by the Minister for Planning and Gazetted in the Victorian Government Gazette on January 24, 2019.
“We are very excited to be informed that our rezoning application has been successful. Land in Stage 8 of the Lara Central Estate is now available for sale with construction expected to start in the next eight weeks.”

When completed the 187-lot estate will boost the vibrancy and economic sustainability of central Lara. 

Stages 1 to 7 of Lara Central Estate are already completed, construction of Stage 9 has commenced.
