Land in the first stage of Bisinella’s Seaside Estate has already been snapped up by buyers – just days after it was released.
Demand for land on the Bellarine Peninsula in the wake of the COVID-19 restrictions has fuelled strong interest in the St Leonards’ estate. All but a few of the 37 lots in Stage One of Seaside Estate are either on hold or sold, after the land was released on 8 April 2021.
Stage Two of the estate is expected to be released mid-year.
Lot sizes at Seaside Estate range from approximately 350m2 to 600m2.
Bisinella Director, Richard Bisinella said he was delighted to be releasing land in the first stage of the estate, which has been inspired by Baywater Estate at Curlewis.
“St Leonards is a beautiful coastal destination on the Bellarine Peninsula. Residents of Seaside Estate will be able to enjoy this relaxed beach lifestyle all year-round, while being within easy commuting distance to Geelong’s CBD.”
The announcement follows land in Stage 14 of Baywater Estate, Curlewis – the final stage of the estate - selling out within weeks of its release earlier this year.
Overlooking tranquil Port Phillip Bay on the eastern end of Bellarine Peninsula, the 230-lot Seaside Estate will feature 2ha of reserve and open space, including a constructed wetland entrance to the estate.
The new estate is located 550m from the beach, a 15-minute drive to Queenscliff and 30 minutes from the Geelong CBD.
