Lara Central Estate – estimated for August completion

Published: 09/04/2020

Work is estimated to be completed on Stage 8, the final stage of Lara Central Estate, in August 2020.

Titles for Stage 8 of Lara Central Estate are then estimated to be released the following month.

Work was expected to be completed earlier, however the timing has been revised because existing electrical infrastructure needs to be removed by Powercor.

Powercor has now indicated that works on removing overhead powerlines and poles to allow drainage and road construction to continue in Flinders Avenue, will be completed by the end of July.

As a result, the release date for titles for Stage 8 has now been revised to September. We will continue to work with Powercor and our civil contractor to try and improve on this timing where possible.

The construction of this stage is presently not being impacted by COVID-19. However, we will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will advise if this has any impact on the program.

Works are well underway, with internal drainage and sewer construction almost completed and gas and water installation commenced.

Meanwhile, Stage 9 of Lara Central Estate has now been titled.

Stages 8 and 9 are the final stages of Bisinella Developments’ Lara Central Estate.

There are four lots available for purchase in Lara Central Estate. Three lots are in Stage 8 and range from 807m2 to1366m2.  The land is priced from $405,000 to $435,000. The remaining lot is 430m2 and is located in Stage 9. It is $285,000.
