Bisinella is delighted to announce land in Stage 6A of Lara Lakes Estate has been released.

Thirteen lots are available in the stage, with land from 448m2 to 512m2.

Demand for lots in Bisinella’s latest Lara development is expected to be high, following strong interest in land released in earlier stages of Lara Lakes Estate.

When complete, Lara Lakes Estate will be a 520-lot community with nearly 7ha of open space, including parklands, waterways and playgrounds.

The new estate is on the south-west side of the corner of Windermere Road and O’Hallorans Road, Lara. Bordering the Lara township, Lara Lakes offers views across sweeping countryside to the iconic You Yangs, which are only a few minutes’ drive away.

Lara Lakes Estate is situated in the Lara West Development Precinct, which will ultimately be home to about 10,000 people. Additional services and amenities are planned in the Lara West growth area to keep pace with future residential development, including new schools, community centres and sports facilities.

Construction of Lara Lakes Estate is estimated to be completed in the middle of 2023.
