Planting and installation of turf is almost complete within the basin reserve. Ground cover and wetland plants have also been installed, with the area really taking shape.

Our landscaping team expect to complete works in the area towards the end of June, and we hope to open the area soon after. 

Stage 3B
Statement of Compliance has been issued for this stage, with the stage being submitted to the Land Titles Office for issue of titles.

We anticipate having titles by the end of the month. 

Stage 4
Construction on this stage has continued to progress consistently with our works program, seeing the footpaths and kerb installed earlier this month.

Asphalting of the roads is due to commence early next month, which is the last phase of construction before Council inspections.

Our target title expectation date of July/August still remains current, subject to the authority audits and issue of Statement of Compliance (SOC). 

Stage 5
Works on stage 5 are progressing well, with all sewer and stormwater installed, and our contractors moving onto the kerb and road works.

We anticipate footpaths and roads to be completed in June.

Our target title date of August still remains current 

Stage 6
Our title expectation of December 2023 still remains current, with works progressing well on this stage.

All bulk earthworks have been completed, and the stage is starting to take shape.

Sewer installation is 50% complete and is on track for completion early next month. 

Stage 7
Works in stage 7 have started very well, with all bulk earthworks now completed, and sewer due to commence straight after stage 6 sewer works.

This stage may even be slightly ahead of title expectation, but it is only at the early stage of construction so we are not making a revision of the expectation at this stage, but we will keep you updated on this stages as works progress.

We are delighted to let you know all works are complete and authority audits undertaken.

Powercor are the last authority to provide consent to Statement of Compliance which we hope to have in days, allowing titles to be lodged.

We are still hopeful of titles being issued by the end of May or very early June.
