Land in Stage Two of Wattle Grove Estate has been titled, one month ahead of schedule.

Land owners in Stage Two can now get ready to build and are one step closer to moving into their new home.

Meanwhile, construction has started on Stage Four of Wattle Grove Estate.

Just minutes from the Geelong CBD, the new estate allows residents the opportunity to enjoy our beautiful waterfront, the city’s café culture and vibrant night life and take in all of the sporting action at GMHBA Stadium.

When complete, Wattle Grove Estate at 55 Broderick Road, Corio, will be a 102-lot residential estate. The estate is also close to retail outlets, medical and sporting facilities and train stations. 

There has been strong demand for land in Wattle Grove Estate. Land in Stage Five - the final stage for the estate - was released last month.

There are only seven lots remaining across the entire Wattle Grove Estate.
