Wattle Grove Estate construction continues, with Wellam’s having now commenced works on all stages
The 102-lot, sold-out estate is located at 55 Broderick Road, Corio, just minutes from the Geelong CBD and waterfront.
Works on Stage 3 of Wattle Grove were originally due to be completed in May 2022 but are now expected to be finished in June 2022.
The slight delay is due to a hold-up in supply of materials earlier in the year because of COVID-19 and the reduction of workers on site because of isolation requirements.
Construction of Stage 4 is still on track to be finalised in July 2022.
