Statement of Compliance for Stage One of Wattle Grove Estate was issued by council today.
Plans have now been lodged with the Titles Office and we expect them to issue titles mid next week.
When complete, the residential estate in Corio will feature 102 lots.
Meanwhile, works on Stage Two of Wattle Grove Estate are ahead of schedule, with titles estimate around November 2021.
Earthworks and sewer, stormwater and water connections have all been completed while works have started on construction of the roads and footpath.
Construction of Stage Three of Wattle Grove Estate is due to commence next month and is on schedule for completion in March 2022.
There are 10 lots for sale in the third stage of the Corio estate, with land from $275,000.
Bookended by wetlands, Wattle Grove Estate is located on 8.9ha of land and will feature a 4000m2 park with a playground.
The new estate will provide residents with easy access to Geelong (a 10-minute drive) and the surf coast as well as connectivity to Melbourne.
