Construction is progressing well on Stage 14 of Baywater Estate, Curlewis.

Stage 14 is the final stage of Baywater Estate. Works are estimated to be completed in July 2021, with titles anticipated for August 2021.

Earthworks and sewage have now been completed on the site. Drainage works are ongoing, with water and gas connections to commence before Easter.

Land in the estate was released in February and is sold out. When completed, Baywater Estate will feature 363 lots.
