Bisinella Developments has announced it will extend its $30,000 rebate to purchasers of titled land in Baywater Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula, until 31 December 2020.
The Lara-based residential developers are offering a $30,000 rebate in addition to the recently announced $25,000 HomeBuilder grant by the Australian Government, which could provide up to $55,000 for eligible purchasers.
Bisinella Director Richard Bisinella said he was pleased to announce the one-off cash rebate, which was planned to finish on 30 June 2020, had been extended a further six months.
“In light of the Government’s HomeBuilder grant we are delighted to be able to extend the rebate until the end of the year, to assist purchasers with the build of their new home in Baywater Estate.”
Mr Bisinella said the $30,000 rebate plus the $25,000 government grant were great initiatives to support purchasers in the building of their dream home on the Bellarine Peninsula.
“Land in Baywater Estate is already titled and ready to be built on, so purchasers can get started on the construction of their home straight away. Land in the Baywater Estate can be purchased with a five per cent deposit.”
Only 25 minutes from the Geelong CBD, Baywater Estate is the only waterfront residential land for sale anywhere on the Bellarine Peninsula.
When complete, Baywater Estate will be a 14-stage residential development with 363 lots. Construction of stages 1 to 12 have already been completed and are ready to build on, with two stages remaining.
There are 25 lots for sale in Baywater Estate. The available lots in stages 9, 10 and 12 are titled and ready to build on.
$30,000 Bisinella rebate on titled land
For a limited time, Bisinella Developments is offering purchasers of titled land within its Baywater Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula a one-off cash rebate of $30,000, to assist purchasers build their new home.
To be eligible for the $30,000 rebate, purchasers need to:
• enter into a contract of sale within the promotion period (20th April 2020 to 31 December 2020);
• pay the deposit on or before the date required by the contract of sale;
• effect settlement on the due date for settlement required under the contract of sale; and
• comply with all other promotion terms and conditions.
$25,000 HomeBuilder stimulus
In addition to the $30,000 rebate, the Australian Government has announced the HomeBuilder grant, which will provide eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home. To access the grant, you must meet a range of eligibility criteria, including:
• meeting the income tests;
• entering into a building contract between 4 June and 31 December 2020;
• commencing construction within three months of the building contract date; and
• ensuring the value of your new home (including land) must not exceed $750,000.
